It’s not long until this year’s Learning & Development conference being held at The Windmill Hotel, Coventry and we can’t wait! We have a new format after listening to our members’ feedback so we hope this is going to be our best conference yet. The conference is the perfect opportunity to spend a whole day of valuable learning out of the office with your peers and colleagues and connect with others who work in a similar role.
This year, the theme of our conference is to help and encourage us all to take a small step outside of our comfort zone, challenge mindsets and motivate and empower us all. This year there are also 2 ticket options available where you can choose to join us for the conference for the day OR book a Conference and Awards ticket where you can come along and join in the celebrations of the West Midlands PA Awards 2025.
We’ve also been working with our members to help create a business case document for anyone looking to come along to this fantastic event but may need some assistance in communicating to their line manager about the reasons for attending. It explains what it is, what the benefits of attending are and all the important information you need.
