The finalists for the West Midlands PA Awards 2025 have been announced, highlighting the exceptional talent within the region’s administrative and support sectors. These awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants and administrative professionals across various categories.
As we have seen in previous years, the standard of the entrants was extremely high and the decision to put the finalists forward was as difficult as ever. We are always proud of the diverse range of industries and roles that our entrants cover and this year didn’t disappoint as we have representatives from education, transport, the arts, law and much more.
Now that the finalists have been announced, our panel will now start the interview process which takes place in April at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Birmingham. This stage is always the most inspiring part of the West Midlands PA Awards process and allows the judges to really get to know and understand the finalists and their respective journeys in their careers. Once all of the interviews have been conducted, we can then look forward to our fabulous awards evening in July.
Speaking about this year’s finalists, Daniel Skermer said:
“This is always a really exciting stage of the West Midlands PA Awards process because we can see who is up for which award and get to hear all about their career paths, their experiences and what they do in their day to day role. It’s always inspiring to hear and makes the judging process so difficult. If we could give everyone an award then we would!”

The process will be updated here on The PA Forum website and on social media as we continue the journey towards our celebration of the industry in July. Most importantly though, it’s always fantastic to see the diverse and rich talent that we have in the West Midlands region.
