I’m passionate about the role EAs and PAs play in businesses and the difference we make to the people we support along with the wider business.
I also work with students across different schools to try to inspire them in their future careers choices and particularly for girls thinking about working for a tech company (whether in a tech role or not).
I like to volunteer for a number of charities to give something back, particularly in the West Midlands.

In addition to the above, I really don’t think you ever stop learning in your career and so we’re embracing new technology at Intercity, in particular AI and the benefits it can bring (when adopted securely). I’ll be taking part in AI training specifically aimed at EAs in April 2025. I’m also considering a Mini MBA course to further my career development.
