Profile:
Maya has been a PA turned EA her entire career. She has held roles in various industries in many sectors. Her expansive experience has stretched into Project Management (Prince 2 qualified), Line Management, Operations, Facilities and in her recent roles, has worked in line with strategic business objectives to deliver programmes whilst still providing business support. She is currently working at RPS within the Design Team, in a Strategic Business Development capacity. She actively speaks as a panellist on trending topics within the PA/EA sector, as well as mentoring candidates. She is also working closely with BMet college Business Administration students as a guest lecturer.
Her passion is stakeholder management, as a humanist she buys into people and believes in a holistic management approach. She enjoys encouraging company values as a business ambassador and is an EDI enthusiast actively organising and encouraging connections within the business to strengthen the workforce.
