I started my career at the age of 16, working as a PA for my father. This early experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, organisational skills, courage, and resilience. With over 35 years of experience across various countries and sectors, including the NHS, private sector, charity, and blue-chip companies, I currently work for an IT SaaS business as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Board of Directors. My extensive career has allowed me to live and work in multiple countries, become proficient in several languages, and earn a degree.

Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set and enjoy being a catalyst for change within organisations. I am passionate about introducing efficiencies and supporting both my line manager and colleagues. My journey has shaped me into a highly competent professional, and I am eager to share my knowledge and experience with others.

As a mentor, I believe in building strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect. I aim to support other EAs/PAs in their career paths and personal and professional growth. Having started from junior roles and worked in different countries and sectors, I offer valuable advice and insights based on my extensive experience. I am committed to helping others develop their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.
