I’ve been running businesses for 21 years and sold my first one in 2014 after 10 years. I love helping other people build their business dreams and am currently undertaking a level 5 accreditation coaching certificate. I have a level 7 Women In Leadership with Nottingham University and a Level 2 in LEAN Management. I’m a 3 times runner up as a VA in various categories and won the SME Best Business Admin Support Specialists for the East Midlands in 2024. I ran a charity for 8 years and managed the fundraising team as well as the staff. Over the course of my time there I raised over £60,000 through events I organised which supported the charity to remain a hub for the local community. During the Covid pandemic I ran a group of volunteers supporting the community and was listed in a roll of honours by the Solihull mayor. I love systems and processes particularly automation and have my own software business offering a full CRM system and a course building platform to business owners.
