A qualified PA/Executive Assistant, with ample experience of working at Executive, MD and C-Suite/Board level, with an NVQ L3 in Business Administration and Shorthand certification.  Experience in working 121 or supporting multiples, including Exec Teams and becoming the ‘Go To’ person quickly.  Focused and proficient in a range of transferable skills, which enables me to provide the first class service that I do. I am proficient in problem solving, working to budgets, travel planning (every step of the way) & getting the best value for money, administration and increasing my Senior Management’s effectiveness by freeing up their time. I’m also a feeder too.  I am very strong in calendar and inbox management and I feel this is an area I would be happy to mentor on, including time blocking, putting in breaks, colour coding, flagging and using your calendar as your ‘to do’ list each day. Another area is the planning of Events and also mentoring on the ‘Personal’ side of the role.

Recently, I’ve taken the leap into entrepreneurship by launching my own virtual assistant business. This exciting journey has given me firsthand experience in setting up a service-based business from scratch, from branding and client onboarding to managing legal requirements and building long-term relationships.
