With over 20 years of experience in Higher Education, I have built a career in business operations, strategic planning, and executive support. As Head of Global Business Operations at the University of Leicester, I manage the operational delivery of global recruitment partnerships, agent networks, scholarships, the Student Ambassador Scheme, financial planning, and business intelligence. I also work closely with and manage the PA to the Directors of the Future Students Office and Communications Team, giving me insight into the challenges and opportunities within PA and EA roles.

My experience spans strategic leadership, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and project oversight, all of which are key skills for senior administrative professionals. I understand the demands of supporting senior leaders, managing complex projects, streamlining processes, and handling competing priorities.

Beyond my role at the University, I am a Governor at Castle Mead Academy and have just stepped down as Chair of the KPA Charity following a 3 year term, where I engaged in governance, strategic decision-making, and high-level administration.
