PA Forum Summer Event In Partnership With Royal Shakespeare Company And The Arden Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon

PA Forum members are invited to enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience in Stratford-upon-Avon, starting with a fascinating visit to the RSC Costume Hire at The Other Place, located on Southern Lane and home for new writing, intimate performances and family events which is a treasure trove of theatrical history. We’ll then head to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for a specially curated tour for PA Forum members. The evening will conclude on the beautiful terrace of The Arden Hotel, where you can unwind with fizz and a BBQ, while soaking up the views of the theatre and the River Avon. When booking your place, please ensure that you leave your company name and any dietary requirements.
The schedule of the evening is as follows:
- 4pm – prompt arrival at The Arden Hotel – free parking available on site – Please note: the Sat Nav postcode for the car park is CV37 6BE (car share if you can please)
- 4.10 – Walk to The Other Place (TOP)
- 4.15 – Royal Shakespeare Company Costume TOP and costume hire tour
- 4.55 – Walk to Royal Shakespeare Theatre
- 5.00 – Tour of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre (RST) to include spaces for hire, a peek behind the curtain and the view from the production hub
- 5.30 – Depart RST and return to The Arden Hotel
- 5.30 – BBQ and fizz reception
